Student research activity is one of the activities that the Economics Department interested in. These activities are launched at the beginning of the academic year and encourage students to take part in.

In 2016, there are five student scientific research topics that are implemented. As a result, they are accepted by the science council on December 15th, 2016.

In this program, there are presences of Ass.Prof.Dr. Bui Van Dung – Dean of the Economics Department, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc – Deputy Dean of the Economics Department, Dr. Ho My Hanh - Deputy Dean of the Economics Department, lectures in the acceptance council as well as all students who have scientific research topics 2016.

After discussion, the science council graded for five topics according to the regulations. As a result, all five topics were accepted. In order to reward and encourage the scientific research spirit of students, the Economics Department rewarded 500,000 VND for each topic.
